Delivery, Returns & Payment

Some of my pieces are on loan to galleries. If you are interested in purchasing a specific piece of original art, please contact 07968 131866 as the gallery may be able to despatch direct. I have indicated within my shop which pieces are on loan.

Delivery

We ship all orders from within the UK, using either Royal Mail 1st class, Signed For® or one of our trusted couriers. We'll send a confirmation email with tracking information when your order is shipped, and you should receive your delivery one to two days from that date.

All deliveries include insurance.

Original art, prints + framed prints will take 7 - 10 working days depending on current workload, but we will always try to get out earlier. (It’s the framing that can take the time).

Delivery UK - Original art and giclée prints, framed and unframed - £12.50

Delivery to Europe is @ £35 but email Catriona@davidlyonart for details.

Delivery to Rest of World - @ £70 but email Catriona@davidlyonart for details.

Payment & Credit Card Security

Payments can be made with all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Stripe. All card information is transmitted over secure SSL encryption and is not stored.  

Returns

We’ll exchange or refund your purchase within 14 days of receipt. Please return the product unused, in original packaging and labelling to:

David Lyon, 8 Roman Avenue, Leeds LS8 2AN, United Kingdom. 

In case of refund, we’re unable to refund the delivery costs but we’ll give a full refund to the value of your purchase once it has been returned.
